Look at my avatar. Whoever answers all three questions about him correctly and to my specifications correctly FIRST gets a fantabulous mystery prize!!!

Question the First: What show is he from?
Question the Second: Who and what is he (specific regard to rank and squad)?
Question the Third: He uses a weapon. What is it, what is its name, and what does it look like (all lvls)?

2.He is a Shinigami,Captain of the 8th Division in the Soul Society
3.(im not sure about this)His weapon is a Zanpakuto,it has two forms:Shikai(the first form) and Bankai(the second)
so thats all i could find
